Wahkiakum PUD is helping our non-residential customers reduce electric bills and make their businesses more comfortable through our Variable Refrigerant Flow System Retrofit Rebate Program. Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pumps have similar applications as Ductless Heat Pumps (DHP), though they are more commonly used for multi-zone commercial HVAC applications and are available in larger tonnages.

Pre-qualification from Wahkiakum PUD is required to be eligible for all utility rebate programs.
