REBATES AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
Pre-qualification from Wahkiakum PUD is required to be eligible for all utility rebate programs. When selecting a contractor, the installation contractor must be licensed, insured and bonded to work in Washington State; visit WA State Department of Labor & Industries or contact Wahkiakum PUD to confirm contractor eligibility.
Customers must complete the Residential Heat Pump Water Heater Pre-qualification Application or Commercial Heat Pump Water Heater Pre-qualification Application form where step-by-step program guidelines and current rebate rates are found.
