Automatic Recurring Payments (autopay) is a payment option offered by Wahkiakum PUD that allows you to set up a recurring monthly payment for your utility bill(s). We’ll automatically process your payment on the first working day after the statement due date for the amount due using your preferred payment method. Wahkiakum PUD offers autopay using a Visa, MasterCard and Discover (debit or credit card) or a personal checking or savings account.
Benefits of Autopay
Since you’ll no longer have to pay for checks, stamps, envelopes, or gas for trips to the post office, having your bills paid automatically can save you money and there are no service fees to participate.
Wahkiakum PUD will continue to provide your monthly billing statements. We will debit your Visa, MasterCard and Discover (debit or credit card) or a personal checking or savings account the first working day after the due date.
Automatic payments are easy to cancel by calling the PUD office at 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171.

Call 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171 or stop by the PUD and request autopay. Provide your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card information and we will take care of the rest!
If you receive a new card from your bank please call our office and update our records.
ACH Autopay using Personal (business accounts are currently not eligible) Checking or Savings account
Complete and return the signed the Authorization for Direct Payment (ACH Autopay) form and attach a voided blank check or voided savings deposit form (copies are not accepted). The Authorization form can be obtained here or in the PUD office.
If you need to change banking information the PUD customer will need to complete a new Authorization form.
Cancelling automatic payments is easy! Call the PUD office at 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171 during normal business hours and request cancellation. Voice message requests will not be accepted.
Wahkiakum PUD does not charge a service fee for electronic payments.
