Payment Arrangements

Customers who are unable to pay their bill by the due date may be eligible for a payment arrangement. A payment arrangement can be made by calling Wahkiakum PUD at 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171 during normal business hours and speaking to a customer service representative.

Requesting payment arrangements doesn’t prevent you from receiving a late notice (and late fee) if you are making your payment after your due date. Account holders not meeting arrangements may be subject to disconnect for non-payment. If your service is disconnected for non-payment, you will need to pay 100% of the payment arrangement balance and applicable fees in full before service is restored.

Payment Options for Past Due Balance: 

  • In Our Office: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, money order and cash
  • By Phone: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and e-Check
  • Payment Drop Box: During our closed business hours, payment options are available 24 hours a day using the night drop box located at our office at Wahkiakum PUD office (45 River Street, Cathlamet)
  • Online: Wahkiakum PUD’s Quick Pay or Log In

Because of possible delays in receiving payment, Wahkiakum PUD does not recommend making payments using bank bill pay, by mail or using a third-party bill payment service when paying past due balances.

Wahkiakum PUD observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day


Wahkiakum PUD does not charge a service fee for electronic payments.

If you are making a payment for service that has been disconnected, you will need to contact Wahkiakum PUD at 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171 during normal business hours to have service connected.
