Re:       Normal collection practices resume January 1, 2022 – payment plan opportunity

Wahkiakum PUD Utility Customer,

Wahkiakum PUD is notifying all of our customers that on September 30, 2021 the Governor’s proclamation prohibiting disconnection of utility service(s) for non-payment expired.  The District’s normal collection practices will resume January 1, 2022. 

We want to work with our customers with past due balances and we are offering extended payment plans.

If you are behind on your utility bill and wish to take advantage of the payment plan opportunity please contact Wahkiakum PUD at 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171 or visit our office at 45 River Street, Cathlamet and request a Payment Agreement Form. Signed forms must be received by the PUD by December 31, 2021.  If we do not receive a signed Payment Agreement Form from you by December 31, 2021 we will assume your intention is to make payment in full of your past due charges.

If you are making a payment for service that has been disconnected, you will need to contact Wahkiakum PUD at 360-795-3266 or 360-465-2171 during normal business hours to have service connected.
